Processing & Fulfillment

All orders undergo processing, preparation, quality control, and packaging before shipment.

Processing times vary depending on product availability, production requirements, order volume, and logistics capacity. Estimated processing times are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times begin once an order has been dispatched:

  • Europe: 7–14 business days

  • United Kingdom: 7–14 business days

  • United States: 7–14 business days

  • Canada: 10–16 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–16 business days

  • Other destinations: Delivery times vary by region

Delivery estimates are indicative and should not be considered guaranteed delivery dates.

Tracking Information

Tracking details will be provided when available.

Please note that tracking activity may not appear immediately after dispatch. Depending on the shipping route, destination, and logistics partners involved, tracking updates may activate several days after shipment has entered transit.

Customs & Import Charges

International orders may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by local authorities.

Any such charges remain the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Delivery Delays

While every effort is made to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:

As a result, delivery estimates should be regarded as approximate.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

Orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect address information may be subject to additional shipping charges.

Damaged Packages

If a package arrives damaged, customers should contact customer support within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of both the packaging and the item received.

Lost Packages

If a shipment appears lost in transit, an investigation with the relevant carrier may be required before a replacement, refund, or other resolution can be considered.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

Packages that are refused, abandoned, returned due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, or returned because of unpaid customs charges may be subject to shipping fees, return handling costs, and administrative deductions where permitted by applicable law.

Any applicable refund will only be processed once the returned shipment has been received and inspected.

Split Deliveries

Orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately from different fulfillment locations. In such cases, customers may receive multiple tracking numbers and separate deliveries.
