Returns

We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and components included.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact customer support within 30 days of receiving your order. Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, return instructions will be provided.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, contact customer support within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the issue. We will assess the situation and work to provide an appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the outcome of your refund request.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or where the return results from our error.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact customer support. Exchange availability depends on stock levels and product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or alteration after delivery

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before processing or production has commenced. Once an order has entered production, fulfillment, or shipping preparation, cancellation may no longer be possible.
